Partial refund instead of full refund.

I will move my blog soon and I am eligible for refund.
I purchased at wordpress a domain and a personal plan at 48 euros, but the refund is only for the plan and not for the 26 euros – lol – domain. The excuse is that domain should not be moved so visitors do not get confused.
I say this : give me full refund and let me handle any confusion of my visitors. The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Do you realise that if you are refunded for or cancel manlyendysis.com. which you registered with WordPress.com on the 30th September then that address will be gone and you will no longer own it. As it is, the cost of a domain can only be refunded if it is cancelled within 48 hours of being registered.
If you wish to transfer manlyendysis.com. to another host rather than WordPress.com then that can be done but only after 60 days from original registration. https://en.support.wordpress.com/move-domain/transfer-domain-registration/
I have added modlook to the tag box on the right. This will ensure that staff reply to you here with your options in case I am misreading your intentions.

Hi there,
@themagicrobot is correct. You are no longer eligible for a full refund because you purchased the upgrade on 9/30 and new domain registrations must be canceled with 48 hours to receive the full refund:
However, I can refund you for the personal plan. Please let me know if you would like for me to proceed with that.
Thanks!

I have a similar question. I want to keep my domain but cancel my plan. I see that I’ll be refunded $22 (which is fine). My question is, how do I apply my domain to a different site?
-
howtodressmanly – A €22 refund has been processed. The funds should reach you in about ten days.

Hi delightanddwell –
You would need our help for that. Can you tell me what domain you’re looking to move? And what site you want to move it to?

Good morning –
Please tell me which site should point where including their full addresses.
