Partial refund method for a year’s plan 2 months after purchase

Hello. We purchased a word press business model for us$330 for the purpose of operating a brand called cactuspunchclub. However, the brand was ruined and we couldn’t use it, so we wanted to get a partial refund on the word press plan. However, I didn’t know what to do, so I pressed the cancel button, and everything, including the site, disappeared. In this case, how can we get a refund even for a partial amount? I have the details of purchasing the plan. Please help me

    Hi there!

Our refund period for yearly WordPress.com plans is 14 days. For domain registrations, the refund period is 96 hours. After the refund period is over, we don’t issue partial refunds.

I understand you no longer need the website you purchased the Business plan for. Would you be interested in a new site? We can restore the WordPress.com Business plan on a brand-new site for you if you would like to build another website.

Feel free to let us know how you’d like to proceed.

    Thanks!

If so, could you restore the business plan as much as you already paid for it?

Where can I contact to restore the service?

  • Hi there,

I’ve restored the plan on your site cactuspunchclub8.wordpress.com. Let me know if there’s anything else I can help you with.
