Partial Refund not a Full Refund

I only received a partial refund of $13 something off the $47 something for the personal bundle and domain registration, and I cancelled it one day after I was billed. How can I get my subscription fee refunded? I clicked all the cancel buttons I could find

I’d be happy to help you with this.
Please check the plan purchase date again to make sure that you did not register your domain already, and that you cancelled this bundle within 48 hours since purchase. If it has passed 48 hours, domain registrations are not eligible for refunds. Therefore, you may have been refunded for the Plan, but not the domain.

If you’re sure you fall within the 48 hour range, please contact support immediately by clicking here to make sure you are appropriately refunded. I’ve gone ahead and added a mod tag to this post in case it needs staff attention.

It looks like your post has been tagged to be looked at by staff but in the meantime I can point you towards the refund support page as well as the manage purchases page.
From there you can find some info on where to find information on your purchases as well as your plan.
You can always check what features or plans are active on your account by going to your personal purchases page

Thanks for the directions. I read the support pages and I followed the instructions but could only get the amount for a partial refund. I also originally purchased the bundle/domain on Oct 17, 2016 and was charged Sept 17, 2017. I tried the contact link but it only lets me post to this forum :(

No worries! It seems that due to a yearly staff conference, private support will be closed until tomorrow, September 19th. I have canceled your subscription for WordPress.com Personal and refunded the remaining charges back to you. It can take between 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.
