Partial Refund not completed

  Hello,

  We have made a partial refund of a sale made through our website. The customer is a regular customer and made the purchase with a credit card.

  When making the refund, Worpress crashes and does not complete the operation. However, in Redsys the operation is Authorized, we get the mail as the refund has been confirmed. We also see that our bank account has been charged correctly. Only in Worpress, it is not completed.

  I need a solution.
