Partial Refund/Restore/App

    Dear support team,

    1. Request for a partial refund
    I’d like to request for a refund of my recent purchase(WordPress Pro 1year).
    I’m aware that it’s already past more than 14days, but is it also possible for me to get a partial refund?

    2. Restore
    I think I accidentally deleted the Pro subscription which is due to next year.
    Could you restore it so that I can use the service for the rest of the paid period?

    3. App
    Our developer team has been working with the mvp app using WooCommerce and
    the app and the web(also WooCommerce) will be emerged.
    Does it have to be one accunt for this process?

    Hi there!

    We don’t do partial refunds. Since you are past the 14-day refund window, I went ahead and restored the Pro plan to your account so you can use it for the rest of the plan term.

    Can you clarify what you mean by “one account”? Are you trying to set up your WooCommerce account or connect your store to the WooCommerce services? Once we have that information, we’ll be better able to advise.
