  I cancel my payment for premium package. How could I get fully refund.

  Which upgrade did you cancel, and when did you cancel and request a refund?

  There are no pro-rated refunds so be clear on that. Refunds https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/ are time limited.

  WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund from date of purchase on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.
  The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.
  It takes from 1 – 2 weeks or 7 – 10 business days for the refund to be received after canceling an upgrade and requesting one.

  What’s missing is the relevant information for Staff.

  Do you intend to use the domain URL on another site?

  Or do you wish to completely give up ownership of it?

  It is important to know that cancelled domains are not released by the registrar immediately. Also note that here’s no guarantee you’ll be able to use a domain again as it may be sold to someone else. Therefore you should cancel a domain, if and only if, you are sure you do not wish to use it again.

  It’s premium, I just started to use WordPress on today. I want to refund my payment, so I got partially refund at $73. It is not full amount that I had paid. How could I get full amount at $99 (premium/ yearly) Thank you

  All you need to do after that is to wait patiently for Staff to respond here and stop posting off topic into other threads and creating new ones.

  I’ve processed the additional $26 for a full refund of $99. This may come through in multiple installments but it should all reach you in about ten days. At that time it is best to contact your bank about any delays on their side.
