Partially refund clients, providers having difficulty logging in, unable to export, how to make appt durations change

Hello,
I need to partially refund clients. Bought a package and they need to be refunded only a part of it.
I have three providers unable to log in due to ‘unknown user’. I have deleted the providers and add them back in, created a password, etc.
I am unable to export any information. The information ends up as a character and a letter in one excel cell.
How can I make appt durations change from 60 minutes to 30 and schedule people on the 1/2 hr? Ex: provider available 8-3:30 schedule one hour from 8:30-9:30.WP.com: Unknown
