Partially refunded

  Hi WordPress, I was only refunded $13 and not the whole $47.88. I was told to contact wordpress support to get refunded for the rest. I cancelled it on the day I bought it. I really need my refund asap, I only received an e-mail saying I was refunded $13 and not $47.88
