PASSER A L'OFFRE PRENIUM

  Bonjour,
  J’ai essayé 5 fois de passer à l’offre Prenium (8,25€/mois soit 99€ annuel) en payant avec ma carte bancaire via Paypal. A chaque fois que je valide mon paiement je reviens à la page de présentation des offres ( https://wordpress.com/plans/amunanti.wordpress.com) et rien n’a changé sur mon compte. J’ai peur d’avoir payé 5 fois pour rien!
  Merci de m’informer si oui ou non mon paiement a été pris en compte et si j’ai bien pu accéder à l’offre Prenium.

  Hi there, sorry for the difficulties you are having with paying for the Premium Plan. This thread has been tagged for Staff who will be able to see whether your payment went through successfully and assist you if not. Please be patient for their reply.

  Hi there,

  I’m also sorry you’ve been having so much trouble with this.

  It looks like the payments are failing with PayPal as we’re getting an error message back from them. You need to please contact PayPal to find out why they won’t let the payments go through.
