Passing URL parameters to every page
-
Hi all,
I am trying to pass URL parameters from a referring website to all of my wordpress pages.
For example, somebody arrives from the referrer with a URL that looks like https://examplepage.com/?someparameter=somevalue
I woul like to keep the parameters so that when they click on another page it looks like https://examplepage.com/page2/?someparameter=somevalue
At the moment, as soon as the landing page is left, it strips out the URL parameters and causes it to look like https://examplepage.com/page2/ and the URL parameters are lost.
Has anyone an idea how I can solve this issue? I have tried to work with the Plugin “url-params” (https://wordpress.org/plugins/url-params/), but it doesn’t seem to work for my problem.
Thanks!

Hi there,
I’m not sure I understand your question, but it’s not possible to set up custom URL parameters on https://manuelafritz.wordpress.com/ without first upgrading to our Business Plan. Our free sites use a default permalink structure that cannot be changed.
You are referring to a site you have under another login? If so what is the URL so we can take a closer look in our system?
Thanks for the additional info!
