  I’m having trouble logging on. I’m registered on that account under (email visible only to moderators and staff) but not getting the link to retrieve password…can you link it to (email visible only to moderators and staff)?

  That site is connected to another account of yours passportandticket. You must log out from current lisaarcella and log in again as passportandticket. As you have a paid plan, it’s very easy to restore access to that account at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/

  As @staartmees referenced, you can use the transaction ID on your bank statement from when you purchase the upgrade to submit the account recovery form and the account recovery team should have no issue assisting you with regaining access.
