  I have forgotten my password! So I asked for one to be sent to me. I received mail with a link in it that said I could follow it and be able to reeset it. Following the link merely brings up the erroe message Sorry, that key does not appear to be valid. This happened on more than one occassion. Where do I go from here?

  Since the contact form for support is down until 12pm on Monday, I’ll tag this thread for staff attention and hopefully someone will respond soon.

  Thanks for the information. That is why I posted because there wasn’t a contact form for support as I don’t really think this problem can be answered on the forum.

  I clicked the link within seconds of it being sent! I tried three times and the result was the same.
