  I am terrible about keeping track of my WordPress password. When I try to reset it, I never get the email. I check my spam folder, I check junk folder. Can someone let me know where I am screwing up?

  Hi –

  The password reset email is going to be delivered to the email address listed at wordpress.com/me/account/

  If you are not successful with the password reset you will need to submit the account recovery form and then we will follow up with you by email.

  WordPress.com (here) is separate from WordPress.org. Can you tell me which site you are trying to access?
