  I forgot my password and following the Word Press prompt I receive an email providing me with a link to change my password which then takes me to the same interface asking for my user name and password, but never gives me the new password to get into my account. I never get a new password. Has my plan expired? If not, what does it take to get into my account. Email I keep getting over and over again: ‘Someone has requested a password reset for the following account:

  I’m not seeing any WordPress.com sites associated with the WordPress.com account you’re writing from. This leads me to conclude that you are working with a self-hosted WordPress site hosted elsewhere.
