Hi, Im having a bit of trouble logging into my site? I haven’t changed the password but for some reason now it is saying I have the wrong one and when I try and change it never sends link?

Also, all of my pictures have become corrupt and come up as a box with a ‘?’ in the middle. I was in the process of trying to switch to new theme and deactivate plugins but then started to have the login issue.

What happens if you log in directly at https://www.spicerglass.com/wp-login.php? rather than this new WordPress.com account as the site is hosted at Cloudflare.

It’s telling me the password in incorrect bunt won’t send me link to change it. When I enter correct password both fields just become blank but when I type random password it sends me the ‘incorrect password’

@theherbalist916e3260be, noting too, if your images are in your media library but not on the site, that’s a question better suited to Cloudflare as well. If they are not in your media library, and you did not delete them, try the correct forums here. Our forums are for the free sites hosted here on our servers.

Yes, you will provided that you have access to the domain’s control panel so that you either transfer it or point it to us.

thanks for your response. How would one go about obtaining the domains control panel? At this point I’m just trying to access my WordPress dashboard but it keeps telling me I have an invalid password when I have done nothing to change it and it was working fine last month. When I follow all steps for recovering password or changing it I never receive the email.

Update: I am now able to sign into my dashboard but all of my pictures are still corrupted. If I change the pictures for products/categories it lasts about a day and then all files show up as box with question mark in it. This is for media library and site. If it is an issue with my server how do I go about migrating to yours and if I do, will I be able to keep my current theme or start with new one?

The theme you’re using is not available here, so you would need a paid Business plan to add it: https://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/#uploading-a-custom-or-third-party-theme
