  When I reset my password. It is accepted yet does not work.

  Can you tell us some more details about that? What do you mean that the password is accepted but it does not work?

  When I change the password. It shows as accepted. Yet when I go to sign in it says wrong password or username. The username is correct.

  I have a Bluehost site through WordPress. I have no problem getting to My site. I can not log into general WordPress site.

  @musicianmh can you confirm you’re using [thebluehostsite.com]/wp-admin ? You’ll want to reset your password there and log in there.

  After you’ve done that, if you want to connect the site through WordPress.com through Jetpack, you can.
