  I was trying to read this one passage from a website but it said that I had to provide my password for it, and when I did so, it didn’t work at all. Could you please tell me how I could access it?

  Of what site are you speaking? The account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any sites with us.

  If you’re speaking of protected content on someone else’s website, only the owner of that site can give you access. We don’t know the passwords for any sites or accounts on WordPress.com, as that information is encrypted at all times. Even if we could access the password, we will not provide you with the password for content on someone else’s site under any circumstances.
