    Sorry to hear that! It looks like your site at synergytrainingsolutions.org is not hosted by us at WordPress.com. It’s a WordPress.org site that’s hosted by GoDaddy. We can help with WordPress.com sites on this forum.

    There are some differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org. If you aren’t sure about them, please check the following page that explains it well: WordPress.com vs WordPress.org.

    If you don’t remember or have access to the email address used on that WordPress.org site, you’d need to contact GoDaddy support for help. Because the site is on their servers, only they have access to it to help you reset the password and log in. We are unable to help as the site is not with us.

    You can post general questions on the WordPress.org support forum as well, but in this case, I’d suggest contacting GoDaddy first.
