I can’t change my password. I keep entering in 6 or 8 character passwords that contain numbers, upper and lowercase letters and characters and the system keeps telling me it’s too weak. And apparently I can’t even contact customer service. What a stupid fucking site.

And I can’t actually DO anything with this stupid site because I need to confirm my email address–but you asshats won’t send me the confirmation email. Ugh.

- What is the URL starting with http:// of the wordpress.com site referred to?
- Are you referring to a wordpress.ORG software install that will have different login information? If so, you are posting to the wrong support forum.
Exactly which wordpress.com username account registered the wordpress.com hosted site referred to?
P.S. I will help anyone who remains civil but I choose to let threads wherein bloggers curse drop to the bottom of the front page of the forum and get lost in the back pages.

Very sorry to hear that you are having trouble with the password reset.
wordpress.com takes great measures to ensure security of the sites.
While this can be frustrating, it protects accounts from getting hacked.Please check to see if you are using any personal information like birthdays etc in your password. Here is a guide to choosing a strong password. Please check this link.

The issue is not the password issue per se. As I said above there is a glitch in the confirmation email system. Please do not follow me and post into threads I am already posting in like this one, okay? -

Given your chosen username, and the fact you are the only name caller in this thread who has violated the code of conduct, I must point out that suicide promotion blogs, cutting blogs, and the like are not allowed here, and creating such a site would be a Terms of Service violation that I would have to report to Staff.
