  I am very confused. I just tried to start an account and my password does not work. I tried the ‘Reset Password’ options but there is a message that says ‘Sorry, that key does not appear to be valid.’ I don’t know what this means. What is the ‘key’ and why is it not valid? I don’t usually have this much trouble with resetting my passwords. Now I am going to give up and go to bed and I hope this will work in the morning.
