My problem was solved by BlueHost. My blog posts would not go to Facebook. This was after I was advised to change my Facebook password for some reason that I never understood. I emailed WordPress, and someone named Lisa sent an email advising me of the steps to correct the problem. But I reached an impasse, and called a number listed as telephone support for WordPress. The agent told me to call BlueHost, then call him back. I called BlueHost, which fixed the problem quickly. I called back and spoke with a different agent, telling him the problem was fixed. He said he would pass the message to the agent I worked with. Later, I received an email from that agent saying they could fix the problem in two or three days at a cost to me of $150. This was a problem with WordPress, not a problem that I caused. If this is the way WordPress operates, I want nothing further to do with the website firm, and will send out a blog warning other people about the outrageous service provided by WordPress.
