password and account issues

    Okay. I have had an acct. with you guys before from college. It was just a regular wordpress acct. in my name. it was linked to email address (email visible only to moderators and staff).
    I have been trying to reset my password so the people at bluehost could help set up my theme, but for some reason, wordpress keeps giving my an error message.
    I believe this is because i linked by new acct. for my blog to the same email. please help so I can begin work on my blog.
