password and email

  I want to change my email, it’s incorrect. I do so and it tell me it won’t change until I click the link on the email. I do so and it sends me to the homepage of word press. I can’t login because I don’t know my password ( I access it via app on a tablet) and I can’t change my password because I dont have the correct email to my site….

  So I am stuck and have no clue what to do. Please help….
