  Hello again, thanks for providing that info. I was able to understand that you are trying to access pamelacartlidge.wordpress.com. Is that correct?

  In that case, you first need to log out of this account you are using to post to the community forum and then log back in with the pamvisits account. https://wordpress.com/forums/users/pamvisits/

  If you’ve forgotten the password and have access to the email address associated with that account, visit the Log In page at https://wordpress.com/log-in You can either reset the password by clicking on the Lost Password link there or send yourself an email with a one-time log-in link by clicking on the “Email me a login link”.

  If you don’t remember the email address and you had email notifications of new comments or feedback on your site, you could try leaving a comment or filling out a contact form on that site and then checking all your active email accounts to see where the email notification goes.

  Barring that, you’ll need to recover your account following the support guide that @writer0001 mentioned at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/
