Password and user name not valid

Hi, I have created a new website on my Synology NAS server. Somehow the password and user names have been changed, locking me out of my website. It would not accept any of my email addresses to reset anew PW. I have still access to PhpMyAdmin. How coud I reste a new PSW plz. I have two word press website. This issue is with http://192.168.1.101/wordpress/

Hi Tara, this is a self-managed copy of WordPress through another host (Synology NAS). It’s quite different from a site that is on our servers.
And since your site is not here on our servers, we don’t have access to help you regain access. But I may be able to point you in the right direction.
First contact your host to be sure you have backups and can access the hosting side of your site, then read all of these these instructions from WordPress.org to determine which method you want to use to regain access to your installation:

The website is hosted on my own server.
Eventually I managed to reset password accessed via MyphpAdmin. I could log in and export the database. After a shot while, I could not ‘visit’ the website but only the dashboard until eventually everything because not accessible.
At the moment I get the message that website is not secure and no access at all.
I will go and have a look at the self hosting sites forum.
