I changed webguys I have 4 site I was able to get into 2 of them I have tried to reset password on other 2 but I never get email to reset password even though my new webguy says email address on account for administrator is correct

It sounds like someone is trying to reset the password to your account.
I’m afraid that however that we can’t really help you with that because your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
