Password changed without my consent

  Hi all. I received multiple emails saying that my WordPress password has changed. I am no longer able to login to WordPress.

  I have a paid subscription (which I’m told will allow me to get help from a real person) but I can’t get through the AI (or whatever it’s called) system to chat with a person.

  Does anyone here have any ideas of what I can do next to resolve this problem?

  What is the full URL of your site because hospicecare.info hasn’t been registered?

  If someone else was able to change your password, it means they must have full access to your site and your email.
