Password confusion

Password confusion
I can login to my regular “setup a post” section. But I’m trying to add an image for the main header page so when I click admin to design it takes me to the sign in page and I can’t sign in. I even clicked forgot password and its not appearing on my email.

Your site at http://www.angelascarlatophotography.com is a self-hosted WordPress site, so to fully manage the site you’ll need to log in to that site’s dashboard separately. The login details for that site are separate from your WordPress.com login details, so the password reset email may go to a different email address if you used a different email there.

If I try to comment at a specific WordPress blog with my WordPress ID (skowronekthelark / (email visible only to moderators and staff)), I get an error message saying that I’ve got to post as (email visible only to moderators and staff). However, any login attempt fails. If I try to reset the password I am informed that there is no account (email visible only to moderators and staff). This keeps me from commenting at that specific blog. To my knowledge, I have no such account. Can you help me?
