Password does not work.

Dear WordPress,
I am unable to connect to your website, and I have forgotten my password, and you do not recognize either of my e-amil addresses, or my name when I try to create a new password. I am registered on your site as Anne Greening, my pan name is Andie Patrick. and my webs-site (created with WordPress and elementor( is andiepatrick.co.za.
I am receiving spam messages regarding my website, and I need to access your site to bin them.

To avoid confusion, there are three different “WordPress” at play here:
1. The free, open-source WordPress software which powers your website.
2. WordPress.org which is the open-source project that works on the WordPress software and where you can get the software for free to use on your own hosting provider.
3. WordPress.com which is a managed hosting provider of the WordPress software and with whom you’re contacting now.Since your site is not hosted with us, we’re limited in what we can help with and advise. But I can get you pointed in the right direction to get help.

If you have trouble logging in there, you can also reset your password by clicking the “lost password” link.
If you still have trouble, you should reach out to your host for help with this issue. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you regain access to your site. If you’re unsure who your hosting provider is, you can use a website like Hosting Checker to look up your site’s information.
