Password doesn't work "Key in unable for a new password"

    I’m trying to enter with my password but wordpress doesn’t work. I try to change my password but the link that i receive by email resend me to the same page and wordpress say: ” the key in unable for a new password”. I can’t log in in WordPress and i’m writing from another user. Help me
