Password expired, reset functionality doesn’t work

  I can’t login to my website because my password expired. I clicked ‘reset password’ and tried entering my user name or password about a dozen times. No email. Nothing in spam folder and my internet connection is fine. Somehow the old password allowed me to login to this support site but not my wp-admin

  Hi there, if you wp-admin password reset isn’t working, your host may be able to help you make backups and use one of these recovery options:
