    Where exactly are you trying to sign in?

    https://e-sparks-joy.com/ is not a WordPress.com site, so you cannot use a WordPress.com username and password or your WordPress.com account’s app password to sign directly into that site. We have no control over your login details for that site, as those are stored in the site’s database on your hosting provider’s servers.

    Please provide some more detail on exactly what you’re trying to do, and we can point you in the right direction to get help with this.
