Password help!

Hello,
My friend has problem with his blog: http://www.syedmahmoodkazmi.wordpress.com
He changed his password> He has new one >
but he has no access to his phone number and authentication using mobile app.He has same email address: (email visible only to moderators and staff)
and his social networks are still connected with his website!Please reach him via email.
He is desperate for help. Please help his ASAP!

Hi there. When he set up two-step authentication he would have been provided with backup-codes to use in case his phone stopped working or got stolen, etc. If those don’t work, or if he didn’t print them out, then the only other option is to submit the account recovery form.
