Password Help!

    Hi!

    The password to my website is not working and the recovery email WordPress is sending does not load, when I click on the link its a blank screen. I haven’t been able to log into my website for over a week now. I have tried to reach out to WordPress multiple times and no response. Please help.

    Please let me know which site you are trying to access.

    You might have better luck requesting the password from a different browser. Clearing the cache is another good trouble shooting tip. It sounds like a browser-related issue if the page isn’t loading but everything else works as expected. The email is going to be delivered to the address associated with the user account, so make sure to check all of your email accounts.
