  I have a user where I can’t change the password so she can log in. We change it but it won’t recognize it. how do I fix it.

  She can reset their password in this form -> https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword.

  If that does not work please tell the user to write to us.

  The above mentioned idea did not work. Where can can she write you, as she can’t log in to see the forum?
