Password Help

  Hi there

  I am taking over the WordPress account for a different website, and the password doesn’t appear to be working. I tried to reset the password but it isn’t sending it to any of the e-mail accounts that the owner has listed. I contacted to designer who set up her website with WordPress to see if it was registered with any other account and the designer said no.

  I’m kind of running out of ideas so I was wondering if someone could help me.

  Also, I have combed all the forums and the labyrinth-esque structure of this website, and I have not found anything that has helped.

  Thank you so much for your prompt reply!

  The URL for the site is http://uptownstudio.ca, however, one of the original messages from the original developer says the account is registered under http://feldenkraistoronto.com/.

  Hi

  When I try and login to my website I get a “Passwords have been disabled for this user” error message.

  How do I sort this as I can’t get an activation link forwarded to my email.

  When I try I get a “Password reset is not allowed for this user” error message.

  Weirdly though I have been allowed to log onto this forum and post a help message with the same login and password I need to access my site…

  HELP PLEASE!!!
