Password Help

  I’m trying to change/update my password, I save a new one, and it refreshes the page and then returns back to the old one that is no longer valid. I’m trying to connect it to my hootsuite, and it’s not allowing me to use any password at all. Very frustrating. Ideas?

  Hi there, I’m not clear on which password you refer to. The site at dekasteps.com is not hosted here on WordPressdotcom but is a self-hosted install of the standalone WP software. If you mean the password for that site, you’ll need to contact your webhosting service or site admin.

  WordPressdotcom and standalone WP are separate entities. More about that here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  Help for the standalone WP software can be found at https://wordpress.org/support/ If you need to register a username there, you can do so on that page.
