Password isn't working

Yesterday my password did not work, despite the fact that I’ve never changed it. So the only way to get on my dashboard was to create a new password, which I did. I logged on and published a blog. The next time I tried to get on the dashboard they made me log in again. The new password no longer works, and neither does the old password. Clearly something is wrong here. I should not have to change my password every time I want to log onto wordpress. Can someone please help me with this. Email me at (email visible only to moderators and staff). Thank you.

I have sent countless emails and messages about this issue but with no reply. My password works for WordPress when I initially sign in, but when I hit publish or save a blog it makes me re-enter my password. The password no longer works the second time and I am unable to publish blogs from my computer. I have paid WordPress for a year’s worth of blogs and this hinders the services I paid for. It is unacceptable, as is the fact that NO ONE has written me back about this. If you care at all about the reputation of your company I would hope that you would at least have the courtesy of responding to your customers. Please email me back immediately at (email visible only to moderators and staff) in order to rectify this issue.
