password issue

I’ve written countless emails over the past two weeks to wordpress support and only once have I had a response. Even then the response fixed absolutely nothing. So I’m really, really hoping that someone reading this can help me out.
I’ve had ongoing issues with my password. When I first turn on my computer and sign in the password works fine. But when I write a blog and go to hit “save” or “publish” I am told to enter my name and password again. When I do it this time it never works and tells me to change my password. I’ve done this twice now and every time the exact same scenario replays itself.
The only way for me to publish a blog now is to write the whole thing and hit “publish.” Although I won’t be able to publish it from my computer it does automatically save the blog as a draft. So I use my wife’s iPhone (since I don’t have one) and log into WordPress from there and hit “publish.” Even then the tags aren’t saved so it doesn’t come up on search engines as well.
As a customer I should not have to resort to doing this. The fact that I haven’t heard back from anyone about this is unacceptable. I would hope that someone from WordPress would have the dignity and respect to help a loyal customer out who is in need. My email is (email visible only to moderators and staff).
