When I try to reset my password I don’t get an email I waited an entire day and tried repeatedly to reset/send reset email. This is ridiculous.

Which account’s password are you trying to reset? You are already logged in as thetravelorchid, so I assume this is for a different username? I need to know what that username is to check on it.

I only see one password reset attempt on that account. We did send a password reset email to the email address for that account, and the logs show it was delivered. Please check the spam folders of all your email addresses for that email.
If you no longer have access to the email address you used for that site, there is no way we can help you regain access.

You cannot do anything to an account you cannot access. If you are not able to verify your ownership via the methods we require on the account recovery form, there is nothing you can do regarding that account.

It’s not possible to entirely delete a WordPress.com account, but you can deactivate it if you no longer want to use it. We have a description of the steps you need to follow here:
