  These forums are for WordPress.com hosted sites only :)

  Hello Arvind. I am newbie in this area.
  Currently I am using bluehost to host the site. ( http://www.rasabiharis.com)
  Now I was not aware that I could also host using wordpress.com

  Can I move my site from bluehost.com to wordpress.com ?
  Let me know I would prefer using wordpress.com
