Password issues

  im trying to log into the woo commerce website with my wordpress account and it tells me that i am entering the wrong password

  i changed the password and tried again several times to no avail.

  i need to get these issues figured out as soon as possible.

  Hi there,

  Have you previously linked your WooCommerce.com profile to your WordPress.com account? You shouldn’t be requested to enter a password anywhere on WooCommerce.com. As long as you’re logged into your WordPress.com account, as you already are seeing that you could post here, you should just be able to click the Log In button on WooCommerce.com and be logged in automatically.

  If you have an existing WooCommerce.com profile, but you’ve never linked it to your WordPress.com account before, please follow the process at https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/log-into-woocommerce-com-with-wordpress-com/ to log in and link them.

  For more help with this, please contact WooCommerce support directly at https://woocommerce.com/contact-us/ – you should be able to use the Sales option there to submit a ticket without being logged in.
