PASSWORD LOCK OUT I CANNOT RESET MY PASSWORD

    I am using a theme from WP I had an ex-employee imbed a link to his facebook site under the header photo.

    We can not find HTML headings for example: (<H1> to <H6>) on this page to delete his facebook link?

    How do I remove H1 headings on this HOME PAGE or any WP pages that have text links under the photos when it is only an image page?

    Secondly, I need to change my WP passwords on all my sites, as I think this guy changed them so we could not log back into our account.

    I have re-sent the password link and have tried to reset my password a number of times, and I keep getting an error message: ‘INVALID LINK’ ‘PLEASE ENTER YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS’ and it keeps looping I can never reset my password…..please help I need to enter my wp-admin site asap

    Further, how do I protect my accounts from this happening again from a rogue web guy or SEO assistant?
