password lost, tried to recover

    I had a free blog on .wordpress.com. I bought a domain/host and switched to my own .com. I tried to log on to my /wp-admin but forgot my password so I clicked on the link to get an email sent to me but it has still not shown up in my email, an hour later.???

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
