password malfunction

  My Privacy (passworded) blog page isn’t passworded. Everytime I set it to private, it turns into a non-passworded blog on guests.
  In other words, If I am not registered, my private page shows up.
  HELP!

  You set the blog as private in your Admin => Options => Privacy and then checked “I would like my blog to be visible only to users I choose” ? That makes the entire blog private to allowed users. Are you talking about setting up each post with a password?
