Password not accepted and can't reset

Hello,
I’ve been having trouble with my password since I started this blog. WordPress will not accept my password, then when I try to reset the password using the one that it just denied, it claims that I’ve already used it. If that were the case, why won’t it accept it? This has happened at least four times. I’m running out of password possibilities!

That’s the same thing I’ve been doing. I just reset it yesterday, but I’m on my absolute LAST password: seven of them were denied because it claims I used them already… but it never accepts any of them when I actually go to login. I’m basically saying that I have to reset it every single time I go to login because it claims my passwords are wrong… but they’re obviously right if I can’t reset with them.

This is really strange. Did you have trouble logging into the forums prior to replying to my last message here?
You may also try changing your password from this page:
http://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/users.php?page=grofiles-user-settings
And click “Generate Strong Password” if you’ve run out of options.

I have tried changing my password from that page (tried to change it back to something I’d actually remember, but it still claims that I’ve used those passwords before.) I was already signed into the forum, so I didn’t need to resign in. I’ve never encountered this problem with any other website– it’s very frustrating!

Hey Laura,
Since the system isn’t accepting your passwords, can you kindly try to generate a random password and see if that works? Make sure to keep a copy of the password before Saving your new settings.
