Password not recognized

  I am the designer for a client. I have full access to their site and am the site’s administrator. One other person at the client’s office also has access. She can get in; as of 3 days ago, I cannot. we changed the password and it works for her. I am on a Mac, Sonoma, Latest version of Chrome. This is the first time in many years that I have not been able to access this site. The site in question is universityart.com. We are all stumped, and I am stuck. Help?

  We can’t help as that site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform – https://wordpress.com/site-profiler/universityart.com. You must take a look in the documentation at wordpress.org to solve this problem yourself.
