Password Not Resetting

    Hi,

    I just changed my domain from TorreysTraining.com to TorreyDrake.com

    My MacBook has always auto-saved and inputted my information when I tried to log into the back end of the website and work on it via Beaver Builder.

    However, now that I’ve changed the url, its asking me to input it manually and I have no idea what the information is.

    I am trying to reset my password using the username TorreyDrake, but I think that links back to a very, very old website from over 10 years ago (torreydrake.wordpress.com).

    I am trying to enter the email (email visible only to moderators and staff) to reset the password however it says no email is linked to that email address even though I have dozens of emails from WordPress over the years.

    I have absolutely no idea what my username and password was to access TorreysTraining.com (now TorreyDrake.com) and I really need to finish that website ASAP.

    How do I get back in?

    It looks like your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.

    If you continue to have trouble, you would need to reach out to your host for help with this issue. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you regain access to your site.
