Password not there

  When typing in a half dozen totally NEW passwords this always appears it says this.
  You’ve recently used this password. Try something new.
  I tried the machine created but the password is not readable as black dots.
  If you can’t think of a good password use the button below to generate one.
  So how do I get a new Password?????????
