password not working

    Hi! I have been trying to log into my website as an administrator. When I try to log in, it says my email and password are incorrect. I was able to log in using the email to verify my website though. Once, I did that, I have attempted to change the password however, when I click save, it seems to start to save it but then I get an error message that I have just used that password and to try another one. This happens even if I try to type something in that I have never used before. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong or if there is a glitch… All I need is to be able to log into my website thru wp-admin so I can finish building it. Any help would be appreciated.

    Howdy lleveryday!

    It seems that your site (http://lleverydayjewelry.com/) is not hosted on WordPress.COM. Your site is hosted on CyrusOne with a software install of WordPress.ORG which means that it is not applicable to this forum.

    It would be better suited for you to ask this question at https://WordPress.org/support/ for a more accurate answer. If you don’t have a WordPress.ORG account you’ll need to create one. Your WordPress.COM account won’t work there.
